We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be changed. To accommodate all our clients, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled session cost.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled session cost.

We work with children and adolescents from ages 2 to 18, offering tailored assessments and interventions that meet their developmental and individual needs.

No, you do not need a referral to access our services. However, if you would like to access a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) and receive a Medicare rebate of $96.65 per session, you will need to consult your child’s GP or paediatrician for a referral.

Yes, we are a NDIS registered provider. This means we can work with both self-managed and plan-managed participants to deliver a range of psychological services, including assessments, report writing, therapy, and interventions, in line with NDIS guidelines.
